The field before me was beautiful beyond words. The night sky twinkled above it, millions of tiny, fairy-like sparkles looking down on the earth in her slumber. I ached to run through the meadow, feeling the breeze through my hair, kissing my face, but I couldn't. I was trapped. Trapped in a magnificent castle tower. It stuck up from the north wall, facing the meadow that I longed to explore. I had no idea how I got there, only that I did, and that I wanted to leave. My need for freedom burst inside me, forcing me out of the tower. I walked down a spiral staircase, my only light being the torches moun

Kerry was on a carriage, now, running from her 'home', leaving the unfamiliar place behind. She passed over the events of the past three months, wiping away the tears whenever they came. She had thought they were her friends, she had shunned the only people who had tried to really befriend her and, now, she was all alone. Home is where the heart is, at least, that's what they say.
